26th Annual Los Angeles Environmental Education Fair (LAEEF)
A day filled with imaginative ways to stimulate action and curiosity about environmental wonders among students, teachers, parents and the general public.
Exhibits and Displays
Visit exhibits from over 60 organizations that help teach and promote environmental education. Exhibits include hands-on activities, ready-to-use lesson ideas, field trip and assembly ideas, and useful resources teachers and families can use immediately.

Music, crafts, story telling, live animals and more!
Interactive Events
A variety of interactive displays and events will be open to everyone. Explore the mystery of animal tracks, the secrets of owl pellets and other wide-ranging nature investigations.
Ecological Treasure Hunt
Teams explore the ecological treasures of the Los Angeles Arboretum using a map and compass. Along the way, teams are challenged to answer questions and explore the world of nature. Teams compete in several age divisions and portions of the competition are open to the general public.

2006 Green City Grants
Trees for your campus! The Green City Grant, funded in part through the Oak Tree Charitable Foundation, Inc., and the Los Angeles Arboretum Foundation, provides up to two, 15 - gallon shade and flowering trees to selected schools, clubs or non-profit youth organizations whose members prepare a plan proposal that identifies a place for the planting, as well as the care and maintenance of the trees in an area open to the public.
