As a show of support for LEGAL IMMIGRATION we should all go out to eat, shopping, etc. Spend as much money today as you can. Also call a few people and remind them to do the same...

As a further show of support for LEGAL IMMIGRATION, you should also pay an extra 50% for whatever it cost to build your home as it was surely built largely by undocumented workers and pay an extra 50% in HOA monthly feesto get Euclid Management to hire a union company to provide our maintenance.
Sad to see that someone would live in such a diverse area as the San Gabriel Valley, and in a city that has a majority latino population and would still be so intolerant.
Perhaps as a matter of protest you should sell your home that was built by at least a few undocumented workers, flee this community that is maintained by at least a few undocumented workers and move to Utah or Idaho or somewhere else where your intolerant views will be more widely accepted.

Troll, you really represent ignorance. legal Immigration has nothing to do with Union Labor. You can be legal and not join a Union! I am the least intolerant person of any minority that you can find but I do not appreciate our medical system, or educational system destroyed by ILLEGAL Immigrants. We have legal immigration for a reason. No country can survive by taking on an entire other country's peoples. Do some histroy research when you get your head out of your ***. Our parents and grandparents waited and came into this country legally, so now we fly in the face of what is right? Why don't you sell your house and put your money where your mouth is. Give everything you have to Mexico!!!! lets see what they will do for you. This will be fun.

Also note: Our freeways were wonderful on May 1. It is amazing for a peoples that want to come here and work hard, they wanted to not work and force us into submission....Guess it backfired. The legal citizens of the U.S. and take care of themselves quite nicely...But please Troll, give everything you have to Mexico! Can't wait for this one.

My point in bringing up Union labor was that if Mountain Cove residents really were interested in having our maintenance done and our houses built by U.S. Citizens and legal residents, we would insist on having union labor. Even then, however, there are still plenty of undocumented workers in the unions...why is this...it is because there are too many LAZY American citizens who would rather sit unemployed and collecting welfare or disability (on false claims) than to go out and work at the pace of the undocumented workers who often are able to earn union wages because the employer looks the other way (out of a desire to have the most productive workers).
I would say that you should get your head out of your ass and recognize that you are a total hypocrite. Your own house was built, at least in part, by undocumented workers, likely working for under what would be considered a "living wage." Your monthly HOA dues are artificially low because the community that you call home is likely maintained, again, at least in part, by undocumented workers. When you were making the improvements to your home, did you ask to see all of the workers "green cards" or Social Security cards? Of course not.
No matter...the President that you likely voted for, as dim-witted as he is, is even bright enough to recognize that Americans depend on the cheap labor provided by undocumented workers. They are not going anywhere and it will be fun to see the reaction of bigots like you after his speech scheduled for Monday night.
You may also be pleased to know that the fastest growing group of voters are children born in this country to illegal immigrants. Tick tock, your days are numbered, troll.

Troll, please note it appears that the days of Illegal Immigration are numbered. I am all for LEGAL Immigration. As a business owner the value of legal immigrants with no skills is no greater than illegals with no skills. Why do you think that because someone has a legal green card that they will get any more money for unskilled services. The reason that the issue of illegal immigration is now in front of us is that our Medical and Educational systems are in shambles. Action has to be taken to stem the flow of illegals as we cannot sustain them. If it comes down to it I can live without strawberries but I cannot live without medical insurance. Again put your money where your mouth is. How dare you live such a rich life and let others suffer. You should sell everything and save Mexico.

I see both your points. The real agenda in my opinion is a terrorist sneaking past the border rather than a couple of illegal workers trying to support there family. I agree with Foxtail on one point. Do it the right way. Get a work permit and work. The government is working on this as we speak. I guess it's a Monthly permit ( they pay for ) and we would do a background on the worker and let him in and out of the country on a monthly basis. Great ideal in my opinion. I don't agree with the intolerance of immigration because all our 4 fathers were immigrants at one point unless our ancestors had feathers in there cap. Of course don't be a hypocrite either. Reap the benefits of your savings from immigrants yet throw a dagger in there back after they are done cutting your lawn. Bottom line we are only worried about securing our borders because some terrorist could easily come to this country through the Tijuana border and not cause an illegal wants to work. The illegals are going to come anyways and why not figure out a way to tax them and do a background on them. They are doing the work I'm sure Foxtail won't do so the taking jobs from Americans argument is out the door. Anyways have a great day and God Bless.
