Starbucks starts nonprofit drive
Starbucks is offering an opportunity for California nonprofits to participate in the first statewide giving program.
The program extends to every county in California and will showcase and support local nonprofit organizations and charitable agencies by awarding grants totaling up to $1 million.
All registered eligible nonprofits with programs designed to help children and inspire grown-ups in California are encouraged to apply. Nonprofits have until March 13 to submit an online application at www.starbuckscalgiving.com
