'The crowding is coming'The cities in this area do not want higher density. So where will our teachers, and people with low paying jobs live? Will we have to increase their pay or offer subsidized housing so that they can live in the area? Is the only aswer to increase the density of an area that is already built up? I would not mind increasing the density by removing some of the apartment buildings that are in poor condition and buildings in areas where there is a lot of crime as long as they are replaced with something that is very nice and will not encourage crime. I would really like to see less crime in the city of Azusa. To do that, controversial decisions will need to be made to redevelop the high crime areas into something nice. What do you think?
