I'm glad that they are trying to keep them out of the reservior water. That is a new vital change. But that still means that they will probably be cutting us off when they go up the mountain. One time, they pushed me onto oncoming traffic. Thankfully, no accident. Some of them are pretty aggressive when they are heading up or down the canyon.
