Potential for fire plagues forest

I heard on the news that many parts of the forests in Orange County will be closed during the forest fire season. I hope that they do the same for the Angeles forest, especially with so many roads being closed.

Thanks for the info....
I hope that they close the forests down during the fire season as well. Who has the authority to do such a thing? Would it be the county, the forestry service, the politicians, etc.?
