I think this is too much money to pay right off the bat. I would have given a more incentive type of deal like , completi on of block 36; pay bonus. Bring a grocery store to town, pay incentive. Turn Azusa ave. into one-way street, bonus again. That way they will have something to strive for. He'll get paid a good salary no matter what he does., progess or not the way it is now.

sorry, but this town ain't looking like it's getting better real soon. hope i'm wrong tho.
they can start by fixing the lights on the City of Azusa sign off the 210 at the Shell gas station. It looks like crap right now.

When human resource departments determine how much to pay someone, they do not just make up a number. They compare other salaries based on similar jobs and the amount of experience. I do expect to see some major changes develop over time. I don't expect Azusa to turn into downtown Pasadena. But I would like to see Azusa meets its general plan goals.
