Carrillo appointed on city council

I'm surprised that no one mentioned this, but it looks like they appointed Angel Carrillo to the city council seat left vacant by the current mayor.

This is good news; when speaking to the guy, it appears that he's really for redevelopment and bringing in new stores to Azusa.

This is wonderful news. I met Mr. Carrillo and his wife at the Neighborhood Homework House fundraiser and auction. I was very impressed with him. He is young, determined, and humble. We're lucky that he is on the council.
