That result would be fine with me but I don't think that it is possible. There are not enough provisional ballots to make Gonzo in 3rd. Before the provisional ballots are counted, there is a difference of 214 between Hanks and Gonzo. And there are less than 80 provisional ballots. So I'm pretty sure that your information is incorrect.

Looks like Hanks won by 12 votes  I guess we'll have to wait and see who the council appoints. Hopefully , Macias or Carrillo. |
