I thought we were going to have a mayoral debate on Sunday February 27th. I attended the coffee for council candidates Rocha, Donnelson, and Carrillo. When this was over and I was watching the people cleaning up, I asked one of them if the mayoral debate was going to take place. I was told that Diane was going to be presenting an award to some people outside the city with Joe Rocha. How can that be when I saw Joe Rocha at this particular function. I thought nothing of it, so I left and went over to the Historical Society. To my surprise, who should I see over there but Diane Chagnon. I can't tell you how disappointed I was to see that she had lied to her constituents. Before Diane tries to promote herself as a full-time mayor, she should first be a truthful full-time candidate.
