Annual State Of Housing Report is out. The story includes a photo of a home in Mountain Cove. The angle of the picture makes it look like Mountain Cove is a blur of homes. www.sgvtribune.com/Stories/0,1413,205~23283~2671735,00.html

Gee, and all this time I just thought that it was our 6,000 sq. ft. lots that made Mountain Cove appear to be a blur of homes. Silly me!

"The median price-per-square foot rose to $291 from $228 in 2003."
Statistically speaking, if Azusa is considered an average city in California, homes that are 2100-3600 square feet should be selling for around $611k to $1,047,600 on average, with newer homes selling for a little more. And considering, location, location, location, Mountain Cove has a unique location that no other development that I know of, has anything like it in the area. I would think that Mountain Cove would be considered better than average for a location. As the city's image improves, the schools improve, and the gun range closes, that will improve the quality of life here as well.
