Interested in Your Community

Hello, I am seriously considering buying a home in your area. I have tried to research your community but have struggled in finding information that would give me more insight into Mountain Cove. I am particularly interested in what streets exist within the community, who the homebuilder was, etc. Real estate listings that describe your area do not always specify if the listings are within the community or not. Therefore, if someone has this information, it would be great if I could speak with you as I will be making a decision as to a new home within the next 2 months. Any information would be welcomed. Hello,

I think that you can learn a lot about our community by reading some of the old Mountain Times newsletters: www.mtncove.com/archives.html. They will tell you about our Spring Festivals, Luau party, Holiday Festivals. The neighbors are great! It is a beautiful place to live. It is a great place to live as long as you appreciate nature and are not affraid of living around wildlife. The street that has the most fun is Whispering Willow, but I don't think that anyone is willing to sell on that street.
