Offhand...are those blow up jumpers allowed?? I thought the CC&R's said those jumpers are not allowed. Are the Jumpers NOT allowed on the tot lot lawn ONLY but is OK in owner's yard?
And this past weekend...there was a party with music blaring in their backyard... It would have been more respectful to the neighbors if the music was about 1/2 as loud as it was.

Hello,
From what I understand, jumpers are not alloweed in the park or common areas for liability reasons. The association liability insurance does not cover jumpers. They can be placed on private property but it is up to the homeowner to be responsible for the liability.
