Yesterday, representatives of Standard Pacific met with Euclid Management and myself, representing the Board of Directors, to identify blemishes in the concrete sidewalks and curbing that are in need of repair. You may notice markings in orange spray paint to identify these areas. The purpose of this message is to let you know that the markings are not graffiti, but intentional. Standard Pacific will be repairing the areas over the next two or three weeks. An additional walk is scheduled for the first week of August, so additional marks will appear.
Additionally, several areas in the guttering system were noted to be covered with moss. This has been attributed to a constant stream of water coming from overwatering by some homeowners. Standard Pacific will be pressure washing all gutters in the development one last time to clean the mossy growth.
If anyone is aware of any specific area wherein the concrete is severly cracked or chipped, please respond to this thread and I will make sure the item is included on the punch list.
Thank you for your assistance.
