Hi Everyone. I just moved into Montain Cove and I am trying to put together a part time babysitting schedule.
I am a senior at APU and would love to find families in the neighborhood that I could babysit on a regular basis. I have Tuesday and Thursday mornings and Monday, Wednesday, Friday afternoons available. I am also available to do evening babysitting, but prefer scheduled daytime jobs. I charge $13-$15 and hour depending on the number of children and each families specific needs.
I have been babysitting since I was in Jr. High, but started nannying in the summer for the past couple of years. I am a Psychology Major with a double concentration in Family & Child and Child Life(a profession for psychologists in the hospital setting). I have experience with children with special needs, such as ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Asperger's Disease, & Down Syndrome. I also spent this previous summer volunteering in a hospital on the Pedeatrics Floor. I have taken numerous classes in Child Development and am simply looking for some part time work, while building my experience.
