Booking the rec room/contact information

I was wondering how one goes about booking the rec room by the pool. Two years ago when I did this last - there was a number on the home page and then the Homeowners association sent me some documents. This information now seems to be missing. If anybody still has the contact information or can provide guidance, it would be greatly appreciated.
