Hello,
I had two people come to my door today saying they lived in Mountain Cove, trying to sell subscriptions. I may be wrong but I don't think that they live here. They kept asking for my name. They use people names to tell other neighbors that know our neighbors. Another neighbor had an agressive sales person asking for donations or purchases for cleaning products.
I would highly recommend not purchasing from solicitors. I think that the gates are broken right now and we have been getting people in the Cove that don't belong here.
Please do not give money to these people. We will just get more and more of them if we do. And these stories just do not sound right to me.

Thanks for the information. What IS the status of the broken gate? It is concerning. And, why has the management company not sent an update if they have a plan for its repair?
I'm frustrated with the lack of information from them on community issues. Since moving in during the summer, my emails to them on several occasions have gone unanswered.
Any suggestions on the gate issue and responsiveness from management?

The scarry solicitors came around and were very pushy!!!!!!! I did not buy when I pointed out it did not clean the grease from the drive. I said I had to leave....They nailed the neighbor for $100.00.... We pay a lot of money so we don't have to deal with these slimes but where is Euclid, it could not take this long to fix the gate if they were concerned. How can you spell guard?
