Neighbor's Tree

How do you go about in having a neighbor's tree taken out as the roots have already invaded our side of the fence? On top of that, the leaves and mess it makes.
Other than talking to the neighbor, will the association take lead on this to have it taken out?

I don't know. It sounds like something that you would have to bring up at a board meeting. Are you sure that the roots are from the tree? Are the roots doing any damage to the fence?
I don't think that a tree can be removed because of leaves falling.
