I was just thinking about the type of home that could be built there that might work well. One idea I had was to build a tree house. The base would be an artificial tree with the house above it and a separate garage with a bridge that connects the two, and possible a Jacuzzi on top of that. Here is an example of one in Japan:

It would be nice to see some creative architecture in the city.
