Since the water is just sitting in the dams above us, couldn't we have a small dam made just south of Mountain Cove so that we could have enough water down here all of the time for gondolas and a rowing club. Rowing races would be so much fun. It would help to improve the beauty and image of the city as well as give new recreation and exercise options.
