So, a few months ago I was trying to get in the gate using the code that has worked forever, and it didn't work. I thought maybe it is a fluke, but I have given the now old gate code to a few people and it still does not work. What is up with the changing of the gate codes, no notice, no nothing. All I have to say is that the association is terrible, the guard is a total joke, getting passes for parking is a nightmare, and the pool and spa are never heated to a proper temperature.
The peoples thoughts?

Have you been to a board meeting? If you have a problem, bring it up with the board.

I will be nice and "refrain" my thoughts about the entrance gate and exit gate to our homes. While having a code to get in, is nice- it doesn't do a lot of good when people are waiting for us to come home and follow us in-and it also serves no purpose to those leaving and people waiting to get in the "exit" gate. Therefore breaking it or preventing it to close at all! I have spoken to so many homeowners in the last 6 years who would like a standing guard station out front. It is just NOT going to happen- Not when they want to build a small condo for the guy! Oh, and passes...what are those?
