A new agency has been formed to help prepare residents for the potential dangers that may await those impacted by the Station Fire.
With the scorched mountains and hillsides, rainy weather could create mudslides and other issues. In an effort to help protect property and residents, an initiative by Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael Antonovich has created C.A.R.E.
The multi-agency program will deliver updates, bulletins, technical assistance and information regarding preventative measures and advisories. They will also organize community meetings and run a website that will benefit residents who are concerned about potential risks.
