Once again (7 years here) I have gone down to use the pool and it is cold. I found the spa to be not as hot as my bath's. Why??? We pay a fortune. Also the fence looks like something from Watts. Why should we look at such an ill kept area. Now that we have a "guard" (joke!) why do we look like a rusty jail? Can we do something to restore how pretty the area was before ? Also, it would be nice if the spa was heated like a spa... I have tried to use the pool about 4 times in 7 years and I'm tired of paying dues for nothing. This needs to shape up and now!
