DEAD GRASS

Has anyone noticed that the sprinklers are not running on the assoc grass areas? Please note that all of the homeowners grass areas that are watered by the owners are nice and green!!!! A great portion of the assoc grass is dead or dying. If any of this lawn area needs to be replaced it needs to be at the expense of Euclid Mgt. Euclid is suspose to make sure that our common area is taken care of. If Euclid has advised the "gardners" then the liability is theirs. We need to make sure that not a dime of our dues goes towards replacing dead grass. Euclid is suspose to be here weekly to make sure things like this do not happen. Perhaps it is time to shop prop mgt companies. $180.00 a month for dead lawn, pool useage 4 mo of the year, no guard at the gate? Lets look around and get bids.

This would be a great discussion to raise at the nest HOA meeting. Unfortunately, left alone on a message board it will go nowhere!

A petition for guards, getting assoc bids will be going around within the next mo or so. When signatures are obtained, they will be given to the board to take action.
