Hello Neighbors,
I would highly recommend that residents review the plan and send your comments regarding it. There are many good things about the plan. However, I do have a concern about the future planned trails that would go around and/or through Mountain Cove.

Please take note of page 69 of the proposed trails around and or through Mountain Cove.
My concern here is that is makes it easier for the homeless to live around here, increase fire risk, reduction of privacy, as well as people that do graffti to get behind our homes. I still remember when I saw 2 young adults go up to the drain above mountain cove to spray graffiti on it. They were using backpacks to store take the paint up there.
