This is to reply those who are interested in joining Meditation workshop at the Lodge. This activity is free of charge and everyone is welcome. This is a non-religious Meditation practice. Also, we do have a Yoga exercise so wear comfortable clothes.

My family and i attended the Meditation Workshop that was held in the Mountain Cove Lodge last month on Sunday the 27th. My first impression was a well organized activity, full of great people, music was outstanding and all of this is coming from my heart. I've lived in this community since Nov. 2003 and i can say that i hardly get out much, well when it comes to a simple walk around the community, but it was my first time to even set foot into the lodge after all these years. Don't wait, try it and just like everything in your life that has been a success, this will indeed be another. Never wait, maybe it will be a great start of something new that you can do in your every day activities when it comes to meditation and keep your body balanced. I wanted to thank those that brought this wondering art to our community, my heart goes out to the ones that go that extra mile to help others, we're not different. I'll be attending the next Meditation Workshop, don't you worry and hopefully we get to see more people and hear about there experiences there. Thank you once again....

The next Meditation Workshop is on Sunday, Aug 31st. Come to Rejuvenate your life on the Labor day weekend at the Mountain Cove Lodge.
We have added more times to the Yoga session to about 30 minutes instead of 15.
Schedule 5:00 pm. - 5:15 pm. Registration 5:15 pm. - 5:45 pm. Yoga by Professional Instructor, Carol Burrill. 5:45 pm. - 6:05 pm. Introduction to Meditation by Ven. Boonchoo 6:05 pm. - 6:35 pm. Meditation Practice 6:35 pm. - 7:00 pm. Questions and Answers
Food & Refreshment will be provided at the end of program. (Both Meat and Vegetarian food)

Somebody would like to know about Robert Mawson. He has survived a heart transplant, multiple cardiac arrests and surgery without anesthesia by relying on meditation exercise. Discovery channel chose to film him because he used the power of meditation.
