With the amount of turnover in the neighborhood, I was wondering has anyone kept records as to the number of sales, listing price vs. actual sales price in the Cove since inception. Also, does anyone know what the price per square foot might be?

I can get you all that information if you like from the MLS. I'm an agent, And I am not offering to gain your business. The only reason I look at this site is to get information on the upcoming Rosedale Community, Let me know if you are still interested.
