I just received a post card in the mail from Espi Bagwell that shows that she sold a home in Mountain Cove. I would highly recommend that you do NOT use her if you plan on selling your home. She has a bad reputation and there are pleanty of honest realtors to choose from.

This post is unprofessional. Unless the author has proof of said allegations, these types of posts should not be allowed on the board. Please use decorum is discussing business matters. Business professionals only have their reputation and for it to be soiled by an unknown author is a cowardist act.

I disagree. I think dogwalker's post is perfectly fine. A forum/board is what it is: a place for people to chat and express their opinions. Although dogwalker's post would have been more informative if there's more background info about the claim, it is up to the readers to decide to beleive it or not. dogwalker has 24 posts under that name, so he/she is not an unknown author. I would be more wary is this was the first post.
Of course, you have your right to express your opinion here just as I am expressing mine. But I feel that your post of saying banning future similar post is way over the line. You could've simply ask dogwalker to provide proof or ask why he/she said that. And if dogwalker reply or not, let other people decide for themselves whether they want to believe it or not.

It may be my first post under this name only because I forgot my "original" name as I do not use this place to "chat" about things I know nothing about. FYI - I have been one of the original homeowners in the Cove and view this board as a great tool for getting the word out on various topics. However, this is not the place to wreck havoc on someone who is not aware that they are being called out. And no, my name is not Espi and I am not a Realtor. So, continue to read and post away. However, at least this author will try to respect others.
PS > How do we know if original author isn't a jealous Realtor trying to hurt someone? Show us the proof.
