Are there any plans for the Azusa Light And Water Construction area, behind the Forest information building on Ranch Road/North Azusa Ave, to put plants around it so that it is not visible from the homes in the area?
Also, do we know how much noise it will create once it is up and running? I would think that it would be pretty quiet but it would be nice to confirm this.
