Vendors Needed for the Luau

Some of the residents have their own restaurants. We are wondering if a couple of these restaurant owners would be intrested in offering vending services for our Luau event. The meals would be presold by selling tickets. Residents would have the option of pre purchasing meals or they can bring their own. Didn't Standard Pacific offer to sponsor the Luau? Typically that means they pay for the costs or at least most of them. What have they offered?

Standard Pacific kindly contributed $1,000 towards the Luau. With several hundred to over a thousand people coming to the Luau, it would be impossible to provide food and entertainment for $1,000. Instead, we are focusing on using the funds to provide the entertainment. Providing entertainment is not inexpensive. We are currently looking into getting hula dancers, fire dancers, and possibly a band for dancing. We will also need to get decorations for the event.
