How successful something is usually depends on how well it is marketed. I was just think that it would be fun to come up with some creative interesting names for the downtown that will give it an edgy, trendy feel to the area, to help encouraging creative, fun businesses.
Even if it is just for fun. Just calling it the downtown is so boring. Here are a few ideas:
1. Bohemian Village
2. SoHo West
3. Artisan Plaza
