Claremont has an interesting new project that the city should look at. We might be able to get a few ideas for our downtown:

The Claremont Village Expansion project introduces a 125,000 square foot Specialty Lifestyle Center featuring Retailers, Restaurants, Cafes, a 5-Screen Laemmle Movie Cinema, Office Space and a 25 Room Boutique Hotel into the Historic Claremont Village Shopping District. The expanded Village will offer the region’s affluent yet under-served population an appealing mix of upscale tenants, such as a 5 screen cinema, specialty food stores, home furnishings store, clothing retailers, unique specialty stores, restaurants and cafes. The Project will be served by a new +/-500 car public parking structure owned and operated by the City of Claremont.
