the regular utility meeting starts at 6:30pm-9pm. So I don't know if this means that the workshop will be after 9.

Bumping up the message since it is this Monday. I think that the meeting will begin whenever the utility board meeting ends, which could be way before 9pm. I would recommend getting their mch earlier than that, maybe 7pm.
