On October 24, 2005, there is a City Council Workshop in regards to the Kincaid Pit – immediately following the Utility Board meeting. Does anyone know if this meeting is open to the public. It would be interesting to see what types of stores are planned for this location. This is one center that we may be able to bike to from Mountain Cove, along the bike trail, to near the center. I think it is possible, I have attempted it yet. Shopping, exercising, and experiencing nature all at the same time! Sounds like a good multi-tasking activity to me.
