Old Gemco Bldg in Glendora

Anyone know what they are building on Grand Ave. where the old House2Home building is (where you can see the old Gemco letters after they torn down parts of the exterior)?

I think a Target would be perfect there.

I know it's not Azusa, but it's still close enough.

That was the old Home Club. I doubt they will put in a Target, they have one in Duarte. Maybe a Fry's or Bestbuy.

Los Angeles County is taking over the building, but I can't recall which department.
