I believe the meeting is tomorrow night at 7pm. Someone correct me if wrong.
The Board is going to be taking community input (as always) about the topic of parking overnight. They have proposed a plan to handle people who excessively park on the streets overnight.
Also, I think they may provide updates on the gate issue. Last I heard they were going to evaluate how they were working as currently set before considering a second gate arm or another solution. I noticed they've re-set the gate closure time. As soon as your car is through it's starts closing a few seconds later now.
