Just got a message from my wife that they're preventing residents from going past the forest station.
I called Azusa police and they seem to be awaiting for Caltrans to clear away a mudslide.
Although cars seem to be able to go down the hill, no one is allowed up.
There seems to be at least residents waiting in line on the side street. Estimated time 20-60 minutes.
