Transit package win for Valley
* $2 million to convert one-way traffic to two-way traffic on northbound Azusa Avenue and south San Gabriel Avenue in Azusa.
* $400,000 to help repave Azusa Avenue between Ninth Street and Sierra Madre Avenue and San Gabriel Avenue between Foothill Boulevard and Sierra Madre Avenue in Azusa.
* $1.5 million to complete construction of the San Gabriel River (605) Freeway diamond interchanges in Irwindale.
* $19.79 million for planning and design on the Gold Line light rail extension from Pasadena to Montclair. Construction is set to begin in 2007 and finish in 2010. The second segment, from Azusa to Montclair, should be completed in 2014.
