There is a basketball game between COVINA PD and STATION 32 / AZUSA PD in November. Does anyone have any details about the game?
I think it is a benefit game to raise money for some officers, but I am not sure when it is or who benefits from the fundraiser. PLEASE provide details including where we can buy tickets to the event

I read somewhere it was for an Azusa officer who incurred a major injury while on duty, to the point he is going to or has already had some type of surgery. I would imagine the benefit game is to help the officers family out with the expenses.....
Oh, by the way. DELATORRE LISTEN UP! If you arent or dont want to go to this benefit, ill be happy to speak on your behalf. Ill let the officers family and his coworkers know that although he got hurt on the job protecting your family and lifestyle, he needs to just deal with it and pay for it himself. Please read my new post if you are wondering why I am hammering you so much.
Anyways....I will try to find out more info about the benefit and post it for those residents who want to go and show our support.
