Annual Meeting - Please send in your proxy

Hello,

The previous Annual meeting had to be canceled because not enough members showed up to conduct the meeting. It has been rescheduled for November 23rd at 7pm. Even if you plan on being at the new Annual Meeting date, please fill in and mail the self addressed proxys that you will be getting in your mail. If the association does not get enough of them and people do not show up again, the meeting will have to be canceled again. Thank you.
