I'd assume contacting Euclid Management would be your best bet.
If you mean the "Mountain Cove" pass that lets you get past a "canyon closing", that is something we got from the previous owners at the time of sale last year.

This parking thing is bloody crazy!!!!! We have three cars that we use normally, one that is vintage that we dont drive and the rest of the garage is filled with items from the closing of our store. I get that it is relatively silly that we have our expensive cars on the street and out junk inside, but that is beside the point. I get home, friends and various other activities, quite late but i also leave quite late also i am the last to get home and the last to leave in the morning. There is no one on foxtail, no one bloody parks here so it is not a bother of i park in fount of the tree out side my house. NO ONE CARES!!! But i still receive the nasty little red note saying i cant park between the hours of 3-5AM. First this contradicts the very reason that this stupid parking thing started. You see people wanted a parking restriction b/c it was dangerous to have cars parked with children running around where the parked cars create blind spots. Now, what the hell is the reason so our stupid little guard who i never see and when i do see him when i get home a 4-5 AM is on the freaking cell phone. No offense to the people, but those running the board are morons. And if i have guest over i have to call and say here is there car description. WHO CARES?
