Looks like the city won another battle against property rights:

ITS has finally given up its lawsuit against Azusa for downzoning their canyon property and making it worthless. In a civilized world this would be called what it is, robbery.
The city's goal might have been admirable, but the ends do not justify the means. I'm encouraging a no vote against anyone who supported this regulatory taking.
